The first TDA Working Meeting was held in Porto, Portugal on 27 – 28 February 2018. The meeting welcomed more than 50 participants representing 6 countries, 6 cities, 12 companies and 7 organisations to discuss the strategic direction, functioning and initial work program of the TDA.

The meeting was successful in building common understanding of the TDA and develop consensus on value-added of an actionable climate change related platform or mechanism.
