António Pires de Lima, Brisa‘s CEO, announced the company’s new strategic plan in April 2021, which includes the reduction of 60% of CO2 emissions by the highway concessionaire by 2030. Brisa also committed to achieving zero emissions by 2045, that is, five years before the deadline imposed at the European level.
